Abstract：
本研究针对传统初中数学课堂“重知识轻能力”的转型痛点，构建“三维立学模型”，提出以“问题链-探究环-实践场”为核心的教学模式。通过智能诊断系统实现个性化学习路径规划，依托跨学科项目工坊促进数学与多领域的深度融合，创新运用VR/AR技术创设虚实融合的探究情境。实践表明，该模式有效提升学生数学建模能力，促进数学学科工具性与人文性的统一。
