本文以知识图谱与学情数据分析的结合应用为中心构建了精准教学模式。其中知识图谱作为描述知识关联的技术，在教学领域可助力智能检索、个性化推荐学习资料，精准教学则以数据驱动，可定制个性化教学方案提升教学水平。该精准教学模式具备构建学习者画像、建设资源池、个性化学习推荐及精准开展教学活动等实用功能。此模式有助于提升教学质量、推动教育向智能化和个性化方向发展很有帮助，同时也为教育领域的创新实践提供了可靠路径。
