Abstract：
一个人的心理健康状况和自身未来发展息息相关。高中生正接受着高质量教育，此时他们的心理健康，直接关系到往后人生走向。高中生物教材中，有不少内容能作为心理健康教育的素材。基于此，本文先分析了在高中生物教学中渗透心理健康教育的必要性，以及会碰到的难点。接着，结合教学实际，提出了一系列实用的渗透策略，希望能够对相关人员有所帮助。
