Abstract：
作业作为课堂教学的有效补充和巩固，是初中生学习活动的重要组成部分，也是促进学生进行深度学习的关键环节。随着新时代的发展，教学理念和政策的不断革新，在“双减”的背景下，教师应当积极探索作业评价的多元化方式，发挥出评价的最大化促进和指导作用，从而实现英语作业培养学生核心素养的效能。本文阐述初中英语作业评价设计的原则以及目前初中英语作业评价中存在的问题，提出时代下初中英语作业评价设计的有效策略。
