本文审视了促进初中化学教师专业成长的意义，分析了初中化学教师专业成长的困境，探讨了学校层面如何促进初中化学教师专业成长的策略。核心素养背景下促进初中化学教师专业化成长是一个系统工程，唤醒初中化学教师的学习内驱力是促进其专业化成长的前提，此外，还需要学校根据初中化学教学实际通过提供多样化培训机会，强化校本教研、结对帮扶、以赛促学、不断完善考核评价等策略才能全面促进初中化学教师的专业化成长。
