Abstract：
《义务教育化学新课程标准（2022年版）》把科学探究列为五大核心素养之一，要求通过实验培养学生提出问题、设计方案、证据推理的能力。而探究性实验教学是培养学生提出问题、设计方案和证据推理能力的重要途径，在初中化学教学中占据重要地位。因此，探讨新课标背景下初中化学探究性实验教学设计的原则与策略，培养学生的科学探究能力和创新精神，具有重要的意义。
