新媒体时代高校法治宣传教育研究：挑战与路径

Abstract：
新媒体的迅猛发展给高校法治宣传教育带来新挑战。传统普法模式难以吸引新一代大学生，泛娱乐化语境下法治内涵引导乏力，碎片化学习场景下系统性普法阙如。本文在分析问题的基础上，提出优化供给侧改革、构建全过程法治实践育人体系、坚持社会主义法治理念引领等对策建议。强调高校要以习近平法治思想为指引，创新理念、丰富手段，推动法治宣传教育高质量发展，培养德法兼修的社会主义建设者和接班人，为全面依法治国提供坚实人才支撑。
