    Abstract：

    在职业教育4.0背景下，数字化人才需求正处于深刻的变革阶段。尤其是第四次工业革命的推进、数字化技术的全面普及，使得职教体系开始逐渐转到数字化建设和发展的趋向。文章聚焦于潍坊市数字化人才需求，探讨其在职业教育4.0下的变革和发展。其中变革主要表现在一个核心、多类转型、多种理念、多重品质等多方面。在探讨变革的基础上，本文还提出了契合职业教育4.0的数字化人才培养举措，包括培养数字化技能、开发数字化解决方案、校企合作等，希望能助力潍坊市培养出更多适应数字化社会需求的高素质技能型人才。
