Abstract：
随着建筑行业的蓬勃发展，对工程造价专业人才的需求日益增长且呈现新变化。以就业市场需求为导向，改革工程造价专业人才培养模式迫在眉睫。传统培养模式已难以适应行业发展，存在课程与实践脱节等问题。本文阐述工程造价专业人才培养模式优化的必要性，分析专业人才培养问题，并探索动态化课程体系、产教协同育人、阶梯实践训练、多元教学评价等策略，以期为行业输送更多适配现实需求的专业人才。
