    如何打造中职学校“双师型”教师队伍是职业教育发展的重要议题。“产教融合”也成为职业教育改革的关键词。“产”和“教”如何完美结合。通过对国家关于职业教育政策的解读和在职业教育一线的教学实践和摸索。本文提出了对中职学校“双师型”教师队伍建设和培养的四条路径。从而解决“双师型”教师队伍的培养问题。
