Abstract：
在以发展学生核心素养为导向的新课程改革背景下，本文以初中物理设计的两个跨学科实践案例来探索跨学科主题学习，通过案例分析，阐明了设计跨学科实践活动的意义。为防止教师对跨学科主题教学理解走入误区，提出了有效的跨学科实践活动设计的教学策略建议，以进一步保障跨学科主题学习的高质量实施，促进整体教学内容在教学方式和育人方式上的深入改革。
