Abstract：
随着教育改革的不断深化，核心素养成为当下教育教学的重点内容，体育作为一门实践性学科，是学生学习和掌握运动技能的重要途径。因此，在高中体育教学中，教师要积极探索多样化的教学模式，并借助多样化教学模式培养学生的核心素养。文章从核心素养对高中体育教学的影响出发，提出了多样化体育教学模式的内涵及特点，分析了当前高中体育多样化教学模式存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了相应的优化策略。
