心理委员是学校开展心理健康教育的重要力量。对当前中职校心理委员培训的现状与问题分析，明确心理委员的岗位职责、提升心理素养、完善培训内容、指导工作过程、改进教学方法、健全管理及考核等路径探索心理委员培训课程建设，通过实施，助力中职学生成长与发展的优势凸显，对开展心理委员培训提供参考，促进心理健康工作的发展，助推学校人才培养目标的实现。
