Abstract：
自主学习能力是现代教育的重要目标，特别是在高中阶段，学生自主学习能力的培养对于提高学业成绩、发展终身学习能力具有重要意义。本论文探讨了高中生自主学习能力的培养目标和构成要素，并提出了四种具体的教学策略：建立有效的学习目标体系、培养时间管理与计划能力、增强学习过程中的自我监控与反思能力、提升学习资源的利用能力。通过这些策略，教师可以有效地帮助学生提升自主学习能力，为其未来的发展奠定坚实基础。
