创新驱动下的装备课程实践教学改革研究

Abstract：
实践课程是装备教学的重要组成部分，也是培养技术人员必备的专业技能课程。传统的教学模式存在教学内容、教学方法单一,训练条件无法满足多组学生同时开展操作等问题，难以满足学生岗位任职能力培养需求。本文以某高校实践课程教学改革为例，提出“项目化、实战化、一体化”的教学改革思路，通过教学内容项目化、训练条件高度还原、岗位实践教学模式创新设计等，有效提升教学效果，为学生第一岗位任职打下坚实基础。
