    Abstract：

    自“双减”政策实施后，大量培训机构面临倒闭风险，培训机构从业人员回流就业市场再就业，英语专业师范生的就业问题面临较大难题。本文以西藏民族大学英语专业师范生为例，深入讨论“双减”给师范生就业带来的影响，揭露师范生就业“难”的多重原因，包括国家政策、学校培养模式，以及自身就业观念等。并提出针对性的建议，旨帮助师范生更快地适应当前的就业环境，提高其核心竞争力。
