Abstract：
随着旅游业的快速发展，中职旅游服务专业作为培养旅游行业一线服务与管理人才的重要基地，其人才培养模式的创新与实践显得尤为重要。本文旨在探讨中职旅游服务专业人才培养的必要性，并提出一系列创新实践策略。通过对当前旅游市场需求的分析，结合中职教育的特点，本文提出了“产教融合，建立校企合作”“工学交替，注重实战演练”“课程重构，增加技能导向”和“文化浸润，拓宽国际视野”四大策略，旨在培养具有专业技能、良好职业素养和国际视野的旅游服务人才。
