Abstract：
本文主要以江西省作为研究对象，深入分析中高职衔接教育方式，基于人才培养导向和就业导向，进一步探讨中高职建筑装饰技术人才的培养目标与路径，立足学生实际发展状况，制定符合学生能力素质提升的方式，从而全面发展与培养学生核心素养，为一体化人才培养模式构建与实施奠定基础保障。
