    Abstract：

    单元教学设计不仅是促进学生深度学习的有效途径，同时也是落实学生核心素养的有效途径。文章以“遗传信息控制生物性状，并代代相传”为单元主题，以“苯丙酮尿症的诊断和治疗”为单元教学情境，从单元教学思路的确定、单元教学目标的设定、单元教学过程的构建和教学反思等方面加以阐述，尝试构建聚焦大概念的单元教学设计，促进学生的深度学习。
