Abstract：
互联网高速发展，网络电信诈骗成为威胁高校大学生群体安全的重要问题。本文通过分析网络电信诈骗的特点和成因，探讨高校大学生在面对网络电信诈骗时的防范意识和应对策略。通过对高校安全教育现状的研究，提出了一系列防范网络电信诈骗的教育对策和建议，以期提高大学生的防范意识和自我保护能力，减少网络电信诈骗事件的发生，保障大学生群体的安全。
