Abstract：
文化意识是高中英语学科核心素养之一，在英语教学中融入中国传统文化元素，可以帮助学生理解和鉴赏中外优秀文化，培育中国情怀，坚定文化自信。本文以高中英语(译林版)选择性必修一Unit1Foodmatters的Welcometotheunit教学为例，通过课前中国传统美食的导入，课中西方美食的学习，课后中西美食文化的对比三个方面将文化意识融入高中英语课堂教学。旨在引导学生了解西方美食文化和对比中西方美食文化的差异，并思考传统文化传承的价值和意义，从而树立正确的文化价值观，达到文化意识培养的教学目标。
