“百年大计，教育为本。”教育是立国的根本，而在十八大报告中，进一步指出教育的核心目标——“立德树人”，是对我国传统教育思想的传承与发展，是中国特色社会主义教育的本质体现，是贯彻新时代素质教育方针政策的要求，为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义接班人指明了方向。
