Abstract：
个体的积极心理品质受学校、家庭和社会等多方面的影响，通过问卷调查高中生的积极心理品质状况，发现节制和人际维度的积极品质更加需要学校和家庭的引导。通过开设培养积极心理品质的心理健康教育课程，开展提升积极心理品质的校内外实践活动，开发班会课中渗透积极心理品质培养和家校结合共育等方式促进高中生积极心理品质培养。
