Abstract：
新一轮教育教学改革提出要全面发展素质教育，构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系。在这一背景下，高中体育教学不再仅仅注重学生个体能力的培养，而是更加关注团队协作能力的培养。团队协作不仅是体育领域的重要素质，也是学生未来社会生活和职业发展中必不可少的能力。在实际教学中，团队协作能力的培养面临着诸多挑战，如学生个体主义思维的影响、教师团队协作能力的不足以及课程设置与资源支持的不足。探讨高中体育教学中团队协作能力的培养策略具有重要意义。
