    Abstract：

    随着科学技术的发展，智慧学习环境应运而生。在此背景下，高校英语教师的角色和职责都发生了改变，传统的英语教学模式已经不能满足学生的需求。因此，在智慧学习环境下，高校英语教师应积极转变教学观念，丰富教学内容，优化教学方法，使英语课程更加贴近学生需求。同时，高校英语教师也要不断提升自身能力，提高自身胜任力。本文通过分析智慧学习环境下高校英语教师的现状及存在的问题，提出了具体的提升路径。
