Abstract：
中小学学校心理健康教育体系，是在学校中构建系统的、综合的培养学生心理素质、维护学生心理健康的教育整体，具体包括学校心理健康教育组织管理体系、心理健康教育实施的内容与途径、师资队伍建设及培训保障、危机干预体系等多个方面。学校心理健康教育体系，能够促进学校心理健康教育工作制度化、体系化，指导学校心理各项工作整体、稳步进行、有章可循，有效调动学校各部门协作。
