Abstract：
本文研究了中学教师效能感对教学质量的影响，从教师效能感的概述出发，分析了中学教师效能感的影响因素，包括个人因素、学校因素和社会因素。进一步探讨了中学教师效能感对教学质量的影响，主要体现在教学行为和学生学习成果上。提出了提升中学教师效能感的策略，包括提供专业发展机会、建立合理的评价体系、营造积极向上的学校文化以及增强教师的自我认知与自我评价能力,旨在为提升中学教学质量提供理论依据和实践指导。
