    Abstract：

    翻译工作不仅是对文本的直接转换，更深刻地反映了两种不同语言文化的背景与内涵，本质上是一种复杂的交互过程。在审视当前高校大学英语翻译教学时，发现母语负迁移现象尤为显著，这主要是由于学生在母语思维的影响下，加上对跨文化意识的缺乏，导致翻译教学效果不甚理想。鉴于此，本文基于大学英语翻译教学的视角，深入探讨了如何系统培养学生的跨文化意识，以期为相关领域的教学实践提供有价值的参考。
