Abstract：
在素质教育的时代背景下，高中思政课核心素养的塑造，不仅是促进学生全面发展的内在要求，同时也是提升高中思政课实效性的应有之义，更是实现进学生人格情感塑造的现实需要。在内容体系层面，高中思政课核心素养主要包括政治认同的塑造、科学精神的培养、法治意识的形成及公共参与能力的提升。为有效实现高中思政课核心素养的塑造，需要在提升思政教师教学素养的基础上，以项目式教学理念重构高中思政课教学模式，推进高中思政课教学评价体系的改革，由此最大程度发挥高中思政课立德树人的功能。
