    随着教育改革的不断推进，培养具有科学素养、创新精神的科技人才成为教育的重要目标。项目化学习是以学生为中心的动态学习方式，对培养学生的科学素养至关重要。本文从校园文化、教师团队建设以及管理保障机制出发，对提升初中生科学素养的有效培养展开叙述，以供参考。
