Abstract：
中国教育科学研究院的“全国小学生家长问卷调查”显示，学生家长最关注的问题是“学生是否能得到个性化的教育”。在众多调查中，“课后服务”和“家校合作”被家长们放在了首位。这反映出，在新时代背景下，如何让孩子得到更好的教育是每个家庭最为关注的问题。学校可以尝试通过多种举措解决家长对个性化教育的需求，如“3+1+N”模式等。
