Abstract：
随着“双减”政策的实施，缓解小学生的学业压力已成为教育界的一个热门议题。作业是课堂教学内容的延伸和补充，也是提高教学质量的有效途径之一。对于小学语文教师而言，如何设计语文作业并进行有效的作业管理，以达到减轻学生作业压力、提高作业质量和效率的目标，是当前亟须深入思考的重要问题。基于此，本文对小学阶段学生的学习特征进行研究分析，探讨了实施“双减”政策注意事项和小学语文作业设计现状，提出了优化作业设计的策略和具体步骤。
