Abstract：
素质教育下，高中英语实践应用能力的培养主要在听说读写四方面，这也是高中阶段英语的主要教学任务，在新课标的要求下，高中英语教学理念已发生了重大转变，逐渐打破了传统应试教育灌输式教学模式，开始关注学生的主体性，英语听说读写四方面的实践能力，改变旧式“哑巴”式英语教学，做到对英语的活学活用，提高英语教学质量和核心素养。
