Abstract：
思政数字化教育工作是一项政治性强、涉及面广、复杂度高的系统工程，唯有培育一批有数字意识、数字技能的思政教师，才能够推进思政数字化教育的全、精、专发展。本文以提升思政教师数字化教学能力为研究对象，立足现实，分析当下思政教师在教学能力提升方面存在的问题，并从加快校本资源库建设、提升教师自主学习意识、加快教师教学能力培训、完善高校基础设施建设等方面入手，切实促进高校思政教师数字化教学能力的提升。
