Abstract：
高职教育旨在培养职业技术人才，在实际教育的过程中，既要传授学生知识技能，也要锻炼学生健康的体魄。所以高职院校不仅要加强专业课教学，也要积极开展体育教学工作，根据中心体育教育思想，不断革新体育教学方法和策略。本文阐述了终身体育教育思想与高职体育的关系，分析了当前高职体育教学中存在的问题，针对具体问题提出了高职体育教学改革策略。
