Abstract：
在高效课堂中，学生能够在学业上有收获、有提高、有进步，由此减轻学生过重的课业负担和校外培训负担。因此，在“双减”背景下，教师要着力建构初中体育与健康高效课堂，紧抓课前、课中、课后这三个教学阶段，结合体育与健康教学内容与学生学习情况，采用适宜的方式组织多样的教学活动，从而实现体育与健康教学的提质增效。
