Abstract：
英语课程的核心是提升学生英语学科的核心素养，而阅读教学一直是英语教学的重点，对于提升学生英语学科核心素养具有重要作用。然而当前初中英语阅读教学在语篇知识和语言技能、文化意识培养、语言学习策略指导等方面与核心素养培养融合还存在些问题。为此，本文分析了当前初中英语阅读教学与核心素养培养融合存在的困境，探索核心素养培养与阅读教学的有效融合，旨在对初中英语阅读教学提供借鉴。
