Abstract：
在国家新课程改革的深化与扩展下，语文作为基础教育最主要的一门基础类语言课程，教师在教学过程中要注重教学的方式方法，以多种教学方法指导学生开展课外阅读，并进行拓展训练，以有效地培养学生的阅读习惯，提升学生的综合语文水平，进一步培养学生的写作思维，为未来的写作学习奠定扎实的基础。在此背景下，文章尝试从课外阅读与拓展训练两个角度入手充分探讨课外阅读与拓展训练在初中语文写作中的实践应用。
