Abstract：
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，培养高中学生的自主学习能力显得尤为重要。本文首先阐述了自主学习能力在高中信息技术学习中的重要性，然后分析了高中学生在信息技术学习中面临的挑战，最后提出了在高中信息技术教学中培养学生自主学习能力的具体方法和策略。
