    Abstract：

    文章采用问卷调查法，对陕西省561名乡村教师的健康状况、工作压力、专业发展、生活待遇、职称评审、职业尊严展开了调查调查，通过分析当前乡村教师队伍建设的问题，提出改进建议，以期提升乡村教师队伍建设的质量并吸引更多优秀教师扎根乡村，建设乡村教育，实现乡村振兴。
