Abstract：
通过探讨高素质人才培养目前存在的问题，通过对产业技术研究院（产研院）的结构、作用的分析，介绍了产业技术研究院在人才培养方面的促进作用。通过产研院的加入能够有效地破解目前高素质人才培养的难题，做到高校与企业之间的技术、信息、需求同步，拉动政府的政策支持，提升人才培养的质量。同时简析化学工程与技术专业通过产研院进行产教融合培养的优势。
