“语文要素”的出现,立刻成为了当今小语界的关注点和兴奋点。在教学实践中发现:借“三位一体”,具化语文要素,实现从认识到运用到能力提升的优质转换;借“三层对话”“柔”化语文要素,实现从表象到深度学习的有效过渡;借问题活动化,“弱”化语文要素,实现学习从难到易的转化,这三种策略可以避免在落实语文要素时出现了的“贴标签”“概念化”的现象,实现语文要素在课堂教学中的“软着陆”。
