Abstract：
“爱是一种伟大的力量，没有爱便没有教育；没有真挚的爱，就没有成功的教育”。在从事幼儿教育以来，我一直用爱心努力践行着这句名言。要和幼儿一起感受、发现和欣赏自然环境和人文景观中美的事物。创造机会和条件，支持幼儿自发的艺术表现和创造。老师，应当做一名细心的观察者，耐心倾听孩子们的热心话题，及时捕捉孩子们的兴趣。为孩子们开启了劳动乐趣的大门，也让他们更加珍视来之不易的劳动成果。
