Abstract：
随着教育事业的不断发展、教育改革的不断深化，学校对于学生综合能力与综合素质的培养越来越重视，高中生心理健康教育也逐渐成为社会各界关注的焦点。在当前的教育背景下，教师应注重合理应用积极心理学来改善高中生心理健康状况，有效提高学生的幸福感以及心理健康水平，以促进学生获得身心全面发展。本篇文章根据积极心理学和心理健康教育概念的界定，围绕心理学导向下高中心理健康教育实施的重要意义及具体策略进行具体阐述，旨在帮助学生更好应对压力和挫折，并在此基础上促进其身心健康发展。
