Abstract：
为了改善以往的班级管理弊端，充分把握中职学生的发展特点，本文对“互联网+”背景下中职学生的特点进行了概述，并分析了“互联网+”融入中职班主任班级管理工作的必要性，同时详细阐述了“互联网+”背景下中职班主任班级管理存在的问题，包括班级管理难度增加、班级管理效率低下、管理方法缺乏创新等方面。之后提出“互联网+”背景下中职班主任班级管理能力的提升策略，通过运用信息技术、搭建网络平台、构建电子档案等措施，全面提升班级管理工作水平。
