初中生法治教育现状及提升策略

Abstract：
2016年6月28日教育部、司法部和全国普法办专门发布了《青少年法治教育大纲》，并将其确定为“全面依法治国、加快建设社会主义法治国家的基础工程”[1]。2021年教育部印发《全国教育系统开展法治宣传教育的第八个五年规划（2021—2025年）》的通知[2]，全面加强对青少年的法治教育工作，初中生作为青少年的中坚力量，有着举足轻重的地位。为此，本文旨在根据目前初中生法治教育中存在的问题，为初中生法治教育提出可行性的提升策略。
