Abstract：
随着科技的发展，数字化教学已经成为教育领域的重要趋势，如何采取策略提升高职院校教师数字化教学能力水平值得深入研究。本文通过分析高职院校教师数字化能力现状，在提升教师数字化教学能力的路径方面进行了探索，为院校培养具有较高数字素养的教师队伍，推动自身数字化转型提供思路。
