Abstract：
现代物流行业已经步入智慧物流时代，技工院校培养出的物流高技能人才需要具有更多的技能、素质与知识体系。为了提高技工院校物流管理专业的教育教学质量，本文分析了当前物流高技能人才需求的行业背景和技工院校物流管理专业实践教学中存的问题，并提出了技工院校物流管理专业实践教学的改进措施，以期培养出更多符合企业实际需求的高技能物流人才。
