探究“课证融合”课程改革路径，培养地铁盾构技术技能人才——以《盾构构造与操作维护》课程为例

Abstract：
城市轨道交通行业快速发展提出盾构与操作技术技能紧缺人才需求。传统课程教学背景下存在课程与岗位技能不匹配、毕业生岗位适应慢，培养周期长等问题。以高职地下与隧道工程专业（盾构施工方向）核心课程《盾构构造与操作维护》为例，分析其实施“课证融合”教法改革的意义。从明确课程人才培养定位、组建教学团队、搭建课程框架、开发教学资源、创新教学模式与评价体系等方面提出高职土建类专业“课证融合”教法改革的内容，探讨基于典型工作岗位与“1+X证书”职业技能标准，如何实施“课证融合”教法改革，以提高技术技能人才培养质量和水平。
