Abstract：
在知识经济时代，信息化、数字化的发展促进了会计的信息化。随着经济全球化、企业内部控制和外部竞争的加强，财务会计行业面临着巨大的变革。会计信息化在提高了财务效率的同时也提高了工作效率，要求财务人员不仅要熟练掌握会计业务知识和技能，更要具备较高的职业道德素质和职业判断能力。在此背景下，高职院校应及时转变人才培养模式，培养具有较高专业素养和职业道德的复合型会计人才。
